We want you to love your curls, coils, and tight textures, but if a product isn't the right fit, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, all hair tools and accessories must be in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Products
Carefully pack the items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to ensure they arrive back to us safely.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
